Purpose

Central Baptist Association is here for the purpose of uniting and equipping churches to go on mission as directed by Christ in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

Organization

The organizational structure of the association is designed to resemble a house, symbolizing strength, unity, and shared purpose. The foundation is the Executive Board, providing governance, accountability, and stability. The pillars—Unite, Equip, and Go—represent the cooperative ministries that uphold and advance the mission of the association. The Logistics Team serves as the support beam, ensuring effective coordination, resources, and operational support. The roof is formed by the CBA churches and the Director of Missions, working together to cover, protect, and carry out the mission through collaboration and shared leadership.
